Order Processing

Pistol Jane strives to process orders as quickly as possible. Usually orders ship within 2 business days from when the order is received. It may take 7-14 days to ship an order that is not in stock. All special orders that are custom made for our customers may take 2 to 4 weeks to be processed. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Custom Products

Please note that all customized and personalized orders are final. The product was made just for you, to your specifications; therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We strive to process orders quickly. Due to the nature of custom products, your custom product order may take 2 to 4 weeks to be processed. We try and display product colors as accurately as possible. However, due to monitor differences colors may be different than they appear.

Items shipped to a Colorado address will be charged sales tax.
